Despite location and perception, hurricanes are always memorable events... unfortunately, most of the memorable aspects involve destruction.

Way up in Indiana people identify March Madness as a month of competitive groups of athletes projecting a ball through a hoop... but in New Orleans it means a whirlwind month of volunteers flooding through the city, doing good and enjoying the sights. This March HH2G hosted no less than 120 volunteers, and boy was it fun!
In the second week of April, the folks of Neighborhood Church traipsed their way by truck and plane from California alllllll the way to New Orleans, LA, seeking to make a difference in the lives of those they come in contact with. That's exactly what they did. This lovely team was a ray of sunshine to Albert and Joseph. That sunshine spread from Albert's house to the neighbors next door, down to the folks they met in the French Quarter, and to every other person they spoke to, encouraged, and prayed with during their stay in New Orleans.
